Each Tai Chi class will begin with warm-up exercises and a demonstration of two movements. The children will be encouraged to learn the movements properly and slowly, working at their own pace and within their comfort zone to ensure safety and maximum benefits. Classes will be held once a week during the school term and will be 30 minutes in duration.

This program has been developed by Kevin O’Donoghue, world record holder, 4th dan black belt and Olympic torch bearer. Kevin has been working with children since 1985, and his workshops are highly recommended by many ELC educators across QLD & NSW.
