*TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PRE-SCHOOLS & CHILDCARE CENTRES:

• Due to the nature of the program, we can only accept a maximum of 25 children per class. However, you do have the option of adding up to two classes at each location. If you would like multiple classes, please contact us for pricing options.​

​

• All programs MUST BE PAID at least 24 hours prior to the booking date. Unfortunately, we will not attend if the invoice is not paid.

​​

• Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the booking, otherwise a $50 service fee will be charged. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded. 

​​

• 10-week programs will not be refunded, we will do our best to arrange a make-up lesson if circumstances are unforseen. 

​

• Satisfaction guarantee is only available for the FIRST time we visit your centre.
